Viewing the system date and the company name
In CL Loan, the system date indicates the business date. When all operations scheduled for the day are completed, the business day is closed. The End of Day job is run at that time, and subsequently, the Start of Day job is run to start the next business day. At this time, the system date is progressed by one day. The provision for system date is made to manage situations where these operations may result in the system date getting out of sync with the calendar date. CL Loan functionality ensures that even if the SOD job or any of its child job fails, the system date is progressed normally. Once the failed jobs are resolved, you can run them on ad-hoc basis or schedule them in the next run of the EOD or SOD job.
You can customize the home tab or all the pages of your Salesforce package to display the system date and default company name. It is recommended that you update the default home page layout to MfiFlex LMS. The MFiFlex layout displays the branch and system date details over and above the default Salesforce page layout.
