Search general ledger accounts

You can search for general ledger (GL) accounts.

Prerequisites

The following is the prerequisite for searching GL accounts:

  • CL Product is set up

Steps

Perform the following steps to search for GL accounts:

  1. Log in to your Salesforce account.

  2. Click Accounting.

  3. Go to Accounts.

  4. Click Search GL Accounts to find an account.

  5. Specify the Account Number.

  6. Specify the Account Type.

    Note:

    Account Type can be assets, liabilities, expenses, income to name a few.

  7. Specify the Branch.

  8. Specify the Description.

    Note:

    While you specify a value, the corresponding results are displayed.
