A new value, Equated Principal is added to the Repayment Procedure picklist for Lending Product and Contract. This is the repayment procedure selected in case of equated principal installment loan where the principal amount remains constant each month. 

For more information on updating the picklist to display this value for selection, refer to the section Modify the Drop Down List. Add the value Equated Principal to the Repayment Procedure picklist in the CL Contract object.
