Data import

Using Data Import, you can process records for various payment transaction interfaces such as:

• Consolidated Loan Payment Transaction Interface
• Loan Payment Transaction Interface

You can create a new batch for different payment transaction interfaces and view the created batches.

Prerequisites

The following is the prerequisite for importing data:

• CL Product is set up

Steps

Perform the following steps to import the data:

1. Log in to your Salesforce account.

2. Click Servicing Configuration.

3. Go to User And Data, Batch Jobs.

4. Click Data Import, Create a New Batch.

   The Process Interface Records page is displayed.

5. Select the Data Migration Batch Id Interface Name.

Consolidated loan payment interface

You can make a loan repayment transaction across multiple loans.

If you select Consolidated loan payment interface as the Data Migration Batch Id Interface Name, perform the following steps:

1. On the Process Interface Records page, specify the Batch Name.

2. Click Show/ Refresh Records.

   The Process Interface Records page is displayed with the list of processed records, un-batched records, failed records, and eligible records.

   Note:

   • If a record is not processed due to a validation failure or a run time error, the record will be marked as Failed. Also, the stage changes from Pre-Import to Error.

   • A record is deemed as eligible once it is in the Pre-Import stage.

3. Select the records.

4. Click Process Records.

5. Click View.

   The Consolidated Loan Payment Interface Detail page is displayed with the consolidated loan payment interface ID. 

Loan payment transaction interface

If you select Loan Payment Transaction Interface as the Data Migration Batch Id Interface Name, perform the following steps:

1. On the Process Interface Records page, specify the Batch Name.

   Note:

   This is used for ACH transactions.

2. Click Show/ Refresh Records.

   The Process Interface Records page is displayed with the list of processed records, un-batched records, failed records, and eligible records.

3. Select the records.

4. Click Process Records.

5. Click View.

   The Consolidated Payment Transaction Interface Detail page is displayed with the consolidated loan payment interface ID.
