Build your launchpad
The Q2 Origination Launchpad customizes your origination experience by providing options to quickly access your assigned tasks, application information, and various dashboards. All of these options are referred to as Apps in the Launchpad. The Launchpad serves as your personal window to the origination process. You can focus on the functions and tasks assigned to you and get access to directly relevant information in one place.
The following default apps are provided with Q2 Origination:
Available Launchpad Apps | Description |

Appraisal Administration | The Appraisal Administration app lets you access your assigned tasks in the collateral appraisal process. For example, you can submit appraisal requests, submit bids as an appraiser, and approve the appraisal bids if you are an administrator. Options available in this app depend on the access set up for your role. |
Application List View | The Application List View app gives you a screen to manage the applications. For example, you can assign an application to self from the queue, reassign an application to another user/queue, or provide approval directly from this screen. Options available in this app depend on the access set up for your role. |
Questionnaire Configuration | The Questionnaire Configuration app allows you to create an all-new questionnaire framework that enables FIs to configure theirown questionnaire and specify the answer format to gather information about a party or collateral. |
Approval Dashboard | The Approval Dashboard app allows you to manage the approval instances. For example, you can view the approval instances, filter the approval instances and act on the pending approvals, manually assign the approval instances to yourself or assign the approval instances to some other reviewer from the list of reviewers available in the queue. Options available in this app depend on the access set up for your role. |
For every app that you select, a record is created under App Subscriptions.
Launchpad layout
The top section of the Launchpad, also referred to as the App Zone, displays your selected apps. The bottom section, referred to as the workspace, displays the content of a selected app. For task-related apps, you can navigate to the specific record or action from this summary section.
