Covenant Evaluation Dashboard

The covenant evaluation dashboard is a centralized dashboard where you can see the list of active covenant evaluation records available in the system.

Steps to view the Covenant Evaluation Dashboard

1. Log in to your Salesforce account.

2. Go to  (App Launcher) >  search for Covenant Evaluation Dashboard, and select it.

   The Covenant Evaluation Dashboard is displayed.

   

   Note:

   • The Covenant Evaluation Dashboard header displays the total number of covenant evaluations along with their statuses. These statuses include:

     • Open: The covenants that are currently active and need to be complied with.

     • Overdue: The covenants that have not been complied with within the stipulated time and are overdue.

   • You can also filter the covenant as per Account, Status, Team Member, and Application number.

   • You can reset the filters by selecting Reset Filter.

   Field	Description
   Account	This field indicates the name of the account to which covenant is associated.
   Covenant Name	This field indicates the name of the covenant.
   Covenant Description	This field stores the description of a Covenant.
   Type	This field indicates the type of covenant.
   Sub Type	This field indicates the sub type value for the covenant type.
   Evaluate By Date	This field stores the date on which the Covenant would be next evaluated.
   Notification Days	This field stores the number of days before the actual evaluation day to create a covenant evaluation record which serves as a notification in the system that a covenant is due evaluation by a certain date.
   Frequency	This field indicates the frequency of the covenant at which the covenant gets evaluated.
   Status	This field indicates the status of the covenant.
   Team Member	This field indicates the name of the owner of the covenant evaluation who is responsible for the following: Evaluating the documents Updating the status of the covenant evaluations Reassigning the covenants evaluations Reassigning the covenant evaluation to any configured queues Note: Covenant evaluation can be assigned to any configured queues as well as any individuals. Any member who is member of that queue can take action on it.
   Comments	This field displays the comments added to the covenant.
   Action	This field allows you to view the documents associated with the covenant and the evaluation history of the covenant. For more information, see Documents and Evaluation History. Note: Status and Notes fields can be edited in the Evaluation History section by selecting the Edit button.
