Delete a Financial Statement
With the Titanium release, Q2 Origination is enhanced to allow users to delete a financial statement that is added to an account.
Prerequisites
Before you proceed to delete a financial statement for an account, ensure that the following prerequisite is met:
A financial statement is created by selecting a template for a party.
Steps
To delete a financial statement for an account:
Log in to your Salesforce account.
Go to (App Launcher) > Applications.
On the Applications tab, and from the list of applications, select the required application.
On the application details page, go to More> Financial Spreds.
The Financial Statement Analysis page is displayed.
Select the (Delete the statement)icon for the financial statement to delete it.
The Do You Want to Delete The Statement?, confirmation window is displayed to confirm the deletion.
To proceed with the deletion of the statement, select Delete.
Note:On deleting the financial statement from any of the pages (Balance Sheet, Income, Ratio, etc.), the financial statement gets deleted from all the pages (Balance Sheet, Income, Ratio, etc.).
On deleting a financial statement, if that financial statement is referenced as a previous statement to another statement, that reference is removed from UCA Cashflow, and the trend analysis percentage and amount are recalculated.
On deletion of the financial statement, Global Cash Flow must be recomputed manually.
On deleting a financial statement, if that financial statement is referenced as a previous statement to another statement, that reference is removed, and the line items for that deleted financial statement are updated to Null.
