Commission plan and commission items
Add commission plan and commission items to an application
Log in to your Salesforce account.
Go to the Applications tab, and select an application as needed.
Go to the Parties tab, and select the broker account.
Scroll down to the Broker Commission section and expand it.

Select New Commission, and the list of the associated commission plans including default commission plan gets displayed based on the following conditions:
The commission plan is either associated with the CL Product of the application or the commission plan is not associated with any other CL Product.
The commission plan start date must be >= current date.
Note:If there is neither a default commission plan nor a commission plan associated with the added broker party on the application, you select the Add Commission button on the Party page, the following error is dipslayed.
Error messageCopyThis broker account does not have any commission plan associated with it. Please associate one or more commission plans with the broker account is displayed.

Select the Commission Plan by selecting the + icon , and then select Add Commission Plan as required.
Selecting Add Commission Plan, displays the Commission Items associated with the selected Commission Plan based on the following conditions:.
The commission item is either associated with the CL Product of the application or the commission item is not associated with any other CL Product.
The commission item start date must be >= current date.

Select the Commission Item as required, and then select Add Commission Items.
Selecting these adds the Broker Commission table under the Broker Commission section.
Note:You can add only one commission plan and multiple commission items for a broker party in an application.

The consolidated list of applied commissions can be viewed in read-only mode within the Pricing tab under the Broker Commission section.
Field Action and Information Loan Amount This field represents either the loan amount of a loan and credit limit in case of an LoC application. Commission Name This field represents the name of the selected commission plan. Commission Type This field represents the type of the selected commission type.
Commission Method This field represents the selected commission method to calculate the commission of the broker . Commission Value This field represents the commission value. Variance This field represents the difference in the amount of commission earned by a broker compared to a predetermined or expected commission amount. Total Commission Value This field represents the total commission value. Broker Commission This field represents the commission which the broker is entitled to.
Edit commission
To edit an existing commission in an application, follow the steps:
Log in to your Salesforce account.
Go to the Applications tab, and select an application as needed.
Go to the Parties tab, and select the broker account.
Scroll down to the Broker Commission section and expand it.

Select the Edit icon to edit the details as needed.
Note:You can only edit the variance.
Edit the variance, select Save.
Delete commission
To delete a commission plan from an application, perform the following steps:
Log in to your Salesforce account.
Go to the Applications tab, and select an application as needed.
Go to the Parties tab, and select the broker account.
Scroll down to the Broker Commission section and expand it.

Select the Delete icon to delete the commission plan, and select Save.
Selecting Save deletes the commission plan.
Change commission plan
For a given application, under a broker party only one commission plan can be added. so if you want to change the existing commission plan for the broker party, follow the steps:
Log in to your Salesforce account.
Go to the Applications tab, and select an application as needed.
Go to the Parties tab, and select the broker account.
Scroll down to the Broker Commission section and expand it.

Select + New Commission and select a new commission plan.
Selecting new commission plan displays the following confirmation message:
Selecting Confirm, displays the list of the associated commission items.

Select the commission items as required, and select + Add Commission Items.
Selecting + Add Commission Items adds the selected commission plan and items and deletes the existing commission plan and items.
