Funding a loan
When the lender pays out money under a loan agreement, it is referred to as Funding. Borrowers may need the funds immediately or over time.
To address the needs of different borrowers, three methods are available to fund a loan:
One time funding
Funding in tranches
Funding through disbursement schedule
