Portal Admins can now build their own Widget Library.
To add a widget to the Widget Library, perform the following steps:

Export the Actor which needs to be added to the Widget Library using the "Export Actor" feature at the actor level.

Go to the CL Portal Widgets folder in Documents Object in salesforce Org.

Create a new document with the exported Actor file with all the below details which are mandatory.

"Document Name" should be a proper readable widget name (used as a title on the portal in widget library UI.)

"Description" should be the actual Description of the widget.

"Keywords" should be comma-separated value of "widget Type" & "widget Theme"(mint/mui).

Take a snapshot of the actor which is exported.

Create one more document with the corresponding image of the actor snapshot with all the below details which are mandatory:

"Document Name" should be the same name as widget Document name with a suffix "Image"

"Keywords" should be comma-separated value of "widget Type" & "widget Theme" (mint/mui).

Portal Admins can reuse the widgets from a predefined list of widgets

Select a widget from the widget list to view more details about a particular widget

Once the widget to use is finalized, click the "Add to Site" button to add to Portal.

Once it is added, use the "Define Division" Flow to add that widget to any part of the portal.
