Add reviewers

Here, you add users or a group of users (queue) who can review the submitted application and approve, reject, or conditionally approve it. 

Prerequisites

Before you proceed to add reviewers, ensure that the following prerequisites are met:

• An approval definition is created.

• An entry criterion is defined.

• Users are created.

• If adding a queue of users, the required queue is created, and users are added to it.

  To know how to create approval queues or groups and add reviewers to them, see Create approval queue.

Steps

To add reviewers:

1. After an entry criterion is defined, the Add Reviewers section is displayed. 
   

   
   

2. Select New Approval Authority.
   

   The New Approval Authority window is displayed.
   

3. In the New Approval Authority window, perform the following actions:

   Field Name	Action and Information
   User	Select the user whom you want to add as a reviewer.
   Queue	Select the queue of users whom you want to add as a reviewer. When an approval instance is generated, anyone from the queue can review the approval instance. If the Use Queue For Reviewers checkbox is not selected when creating the approval definition, the Queue field does not display.
   Active	Select this checkbox to ensure that the user or the queue is active for the approval process.
   Serial Number	Specify a number to the reviewer based on the authorization matrix. This is the sequence in which the reviewers are to review an application. Or Specify a number to the reviewer based on the authorization matrix, which denotes the reviewer's position in the review sequence.
   Min Individual Limit	Specify the minimum finance amount, loan amount, or term(tenure of the loan) that the reviewer can approve individually.
   Max Individual Limit	Specify the maximum finance amount, loan amount, or term that the reviewer can approve individually.
   Min Combined Limit	Specify the minimum finance amount, loan amount, or term that the reviewer can approve combinedly.
   Max Combined Limit	Specify the maximum finance amount, loan amount, or term that the reviewer can approve combinedly.

   Note:

   Min Individual Limit, Max Individual Limit, Min Combined Limit, and Max Combined Limit are not required to be defined for a simple approval process.
   

4. Select Save.

   Note:

   To add more approval authorities repeat steps 2, 3, and 4 then select Save.
