Configuring application status

To configure Portal states do the following steps:

  1.  Open the Developer Console, select File > Open.

  2.  Go to Entity Type = Objects, enter NavigationStructure__c in the Filter field.

  3.  Double select NavigationStructure__c under Entities.

  4. Select Id and Name and select twice on Query and then select Execute.

    Note:

    Make sure that the post install script is ran.

  5. Copy the ID for the Name =  BankerView_Application_Creation (ex: a2E3i00000019PgEAI).

    Note:

    The Portal State Configuration and Portal Status tabs must be added to the User Interface.

    1. Go to App Launcher and select Portal State Configuration.

    2. Go to Settings and select Edit Object.

    3. Go to Page Layouts and select Portal State Configuration Layout.

    4. Add Parent State and Sequence fields to the layout.

    5. Select Save.

  6.  Open the Portal State Configuration page, one by one add the following details and select Save & New:

    State: Business Information

    Parent State : <leave it empty>
    Sequence: 1
    Portal Id : paste the copied ID from step e.
    State: Borrower Information
    Parent State: Business Information (select this from the lookup table)
    Sequence: 1.1
    Portal Id: paste the copied ID from step e.
    State: Co Borrower Information
    Parent State: Business Information (select this from the lookup table)
    Sequence: 1.2
    Portal Id : paste the copied ID from step e.
    State: Loan Information
    State: Business Information (select this from the lookup table)
    Sequence: 1.3
    Portal Id: paste the copied ID from step e.
    State : Personal Information
    ParentState : <leave it empty>
    Sequence : 2
    Portal Id : paste the copied ID from step e.
    State: Other Information
    Parent State: Personal Information (select this from the lookup table)

    PortalId: paste the copied ID from step e.
