The existing application dashboard has certain limitations such as the number of selects, lack of visibility on critical inputs (like how long the application was there in the Queue), too many steps to provide approval, etc. With the Titanium release, the Application List View screen is introduced to enhance the existing dashboard to support the following:

Optimizing the application processing time

Assigning an application to self from queue

Reassigning an application to another user/queue

Providing approval directly from this screen

A screen for the managerial view of the applications
-
Ability to customize the application as per customer’s need

Steps
To view the application list view screen:

Log in to your Salesforce account.

Go to App Launcher > Launchpad > Application List View.
A screen is displayed that lists all the applications with the following details and the actions to be performed on them:

Filter and Reset Filters:

A default filter is added to the page. The filtering of the applications is based on product type, status, owner, branch, and account.

More than one filtering condition can be added.

All the applied filters can be removed by selecting the Reset Filters button.

These options are to navigate to the next or previous set of applications.

The option is present on all the pages except the first one.

The option is present on all the pages except the last one.

The page numbers are also displayed to navigate to the respective page.

Pagination:

The application dashboard page displays 5 applications at a time with the and options and the page numbers to go to the next or previous page.

The number of applications to be displayed per page (up to 50) can be customized by selecting a value from the Show list.

More than 50 applications can also be displayed by selecting the Load More option, which is displayed when more than 50 applications are present in the org.

Sorting: Columns can be sorted to list the application as per the requirement.

Expand: Select this to know more about the application, such as Stage, Approver Assigned, and Assignment (Date/Time).

Search Applications: An application can be searched by keying in the application id, CL product name, product type, account name, status, owner, or branch in this field.

This field represents the application reference id. On selecting this id, the user is navigated to the application dashboard. |
CL Product Name |
This field represents the CL product for which the application is created, such as Equipment, Purchase, Construction, and so on. |
Product Type |
This field represents the type of application such as lease, loan, line of credit, or package. |
Account Name |
The field represents the name of the applicant. In case the loan is for an organization, this field represents the primary contact person of that organization. |
Status |
This field represents the status of the application, such as New-Entered, Closing Documents Generated. |
Stage |
This field represents the department in which the application is currently pending, such as Underwriting, Closing. |
Owner |
This field represents the applicant's name who is being assigned to the application for its processing. |
Assignment (Date/Time) |

This field represents the date/time when an approval instance is created. |
Branch |
This field represents the branch selected during application creation. |
