Standard reports
Overview
Standard Report types in general include standard objects and custom objects where Allow Reports is checked.
Please note, Standard Report types cannot be customized. It automatically includes standard and custom fields for each object within the report type.

Features
Features of the Standard Reports are as follows:
The drag and drop option gives you the flexibility to add the files of your choice to the Standard Report, rather than having to upload the files. This option is convenient and time saving.
Time Frame allows you to select the range of time to gather information for the Standard Report.
Schedule Future Runs allows you to schedule the next Run for the Report. This allows you to select the frequency of the run with various options such as, Daily, Weekly, Monthly to name a few. Also, this allows you to e-mail the report to yourself or to the other people in your organization.
There are three different Summary formats to choose from: Tabular, Summary, Matrix, and Joined.
Tabular - Tabular reports are fast and simple to create.
For example, contact mailing lists, a list of all accounts, and activity reports.
Summary - Summary reports provide summary information.
For example, opportunities subtotaled by sales stage and owner.
Matrix - Matrix reports show complex data relationships.
For example, opportunities summarized by month vertically, and by account horizontally.
Joined - Joined reports allow you to create multiple report blocks that provide different views of your data.
Filters help you filter the records that can be excluded from the report, thus aiding in displaying only the content that you require.
Report Type helps you determine the records that must be included in the Report. For example, if a CL Contract Record Type will include all CL Contract Records. This can be illustrated as shown in the following image:
Risk Analysis
Risk Analysis is the process of defining and estimating the possible risks to businesses and individuals by natural and adverse events. A risk analysis report can be used to align technology related objectives with the business objectives of a company.
The different types of Risk Analysis reports are:
Aging
Delinquent Contacts/ accounts
Unpaid Invoices
Aging Report
Aging is the process of inquiring about a company's accounts receivables based on the duration of the outstanding individual invoices. It is used to determine whether a company carries overdue debtors that may never repay their bills.
Accounts receivable is money owed to a business by its clients. This is shown as an asset in the Balance Sheet.
Steps
To generate an Aging Report:
Click (App Launcher) as highlighted in the following image:
Search for
Reports
and click it.In All Folders, click Risk Analysis.
Click Aging Report.
Click Edit.
Drag and Drop to add fields to the report.
Click Save.
Click Run.
The Aging Report is generated.
Click Edit > Export.
Note:You can save your Aging Report in .csv or .xls format
View the Aging Details
You can also view the aging details.
Steps
To view the Aging details:
Select the required Contract.
Go to Delinquent Dues > Aging.
Note:You can now view your Aging details.
Simple Loan Aging Report
This report as the name suggests, is a simple report which shows all the loan accounts or contracts.
To generate a Simple Loan Aging Report, do the following:
Click Reports.
Click All Folders > Risk Analysis.
Select Simple Loan Aging Report.
Click Edit.
Select the required field in Group Rows.
Select the required field by clicking Filters > Show Me.
Select the required date by clicking Filters > Contract Date.
Click Run.

Delinquent Contacts/ Accounts
This report shows all the delinquent contacts or accounts.
Following are the steps to generate a Delinquent Contacts/ Accounts Report:
Click Reports.
Click All Folders > Risk Analysis.
Select Delinquent Contacts/ Accounts.
Click Edit.
Select the required field in Group Rows.
Select the required field by clicking Filters > Show Me.
Select the required date by clicking Filters > Contract Date.
Click Run to run the report.

Unpaid Invoices
This report shows all the unpaid invoices for loans. An unpaid invoice is not necessarily overdue. For example, if you have 30 days to make your payment, on day 18, this invoice is unpaid, but not overdue.
To generate an Unpaid Invoices Report, do the following:
Click Reports.
Click All Folders > Risk Analysis.
Click Unpaid Dues Report.
Click Edit.
Select the required field in the Group Rows section.
Select the required field by clicking Filters > Show Me.
Select the required date by clicking Filters > Contract Date
Click Run.

Performance Reports
Performance reporting is an integrated system of planning and reporting oriented towards achieving outcomes.The performance report is designed to:
Communicate the priorities of an organization
Monitor progress and make continuous improvement
Support budgeting and resource allocation decisions
Clarify the goals of an organization
Performance Report is imperative for effective management and accountability.
Interest Income
Interest Income is the amount of interest earned during a time period. This interest is earned on the cash that is held in savings accounts, deposits or any other investments.
Following are the steps to generate an Interest Income Report:
Click Reports.
Click All Folders > Performance Reports.
Click Interest Income Report.
Click Edit.
Select the required field in the Group Rows section.
Select the required field by clicking Filters > Show Me.
Select the required date by clicking Filters > Contract Date.
Click Run.

Payment Receivables
Following are the steps to generate Payment Receivables Report:
Click Reports.
Click All Folders > Performance Reports.
Click Payment Receivables.
Click Edit.
Select the required field in the Group Rows section.
Select the required field by clicking Filters > Show Me.
Select the required date by clicking Filters > Contract Date.
Click Run.

Payment Register
Payment Register is used to review payments created for each bank account you use during a specified time period. This report lists each payment, the sum of principal, excess, interest and fees and cleared amount of all payments. The report also displays the payment document and disbursement type for each set of payments, and provides a subtotals for each payment document. This report shows all the payments received in the current quarter. It sorts the report by bank name and the account name.
Following are the steps to generate Payment Register Report:
Click Reports.
Click All Folders > Performance Reports.
Click Payment Register.
Click Edit.
Select the required field in the Group Rows section.
Select the required field by clicking Filters > Show Me.
Select the required date by clicking Filters > Contract Date.
Click Run.

Refund
This report shows the loans that have an excess payment on them.
Following are the steps to generate Refund Report :
Click Reports.
Click All Folders > Performance Reports.
Click Refund Report.
Click Edit.
Select the required field in the Group Rows section.
Select the required field by clicking Filters > Show Me.
Select the required date by clicking Filters > Contract Date.
Click Run.
Unpaid Charges
This report shows all the unpaid charges grouped by different fee type and contract information.
Following are the steps to generate Unpaid Charges Report:
Click Reports.
Click All Folders > Performance Reports.
Click Unpaid Charges Report.
Click Edit.
Select the required field in the Group Rows section.
Select the required field by clicking Filters > Show Me.
Select the required date by clicking Filters > Contract Date.
Click Run.
Funding Report
This report contains all the loans that were disbursed, and hence funded in this quarter.
Following are the steps to generate Funding Report:
Click Reports.
Click All Folders > Performance Reports.
Click Funding Report.
Click Edit.
Select the required field in the Group Rows section.
Select the required field by clicking Filters > Show Me.
Select the required date by clicking Filters > Contract Date.
Click Run.

Interest Accrued Report
This report shows the outstanding interest accrued on all loans.
Following are the steps to generate Interest Accrued Report:
Click Reports.
Click All Folders > Performance Reports.
Click Interest Accrued Report.
Click Edit.
Select the required field in the Group Rows section.
Select the required field by clicking Filters > Show Me.
Select the required date by clicking Filters > Contract Date.
Click Run.

Loans Approaching Maturity Report
This report shows all the loans that will mature in the next 30 days.
Following are the steps to generate Loans approaching maturity Report:
Click Reports.
Click All Folders > Performance Reports.
Click Loans Approaching Maturity.
Click Edit.
Select the required field in the Group Rows section.
Select the required field by clicking Filters > Show Me.
Select the required date by clicking Filters > Accrual Start Date.
Click Run.
Loans Grouped By Product
This report shows all the loans issued groups by loan product.
Following are the steps to generate loans grouped by product Report:
Click Reports.
Click All Folders > Performance Reports.
Click Loans Grouped By Product.
Click Edit.
Select the required field in the Group Rows section.
Select the required field by clicking Filters > Show Me.
Select the required date by clicking Filters > Contract Date.
Click Run.

Loans Written Off Report
This report shows all the loans written-off in the current quarter.
Following are the steps to generate Loans written off Report:
Click Reports.
Click All Folders > Performance Reports.
Click Loans Written Off Report.
Click Edit.
Select the required field in the Group Rows section.
Select the required field by clicking Filters > Show Me.
Select the required date by clicking Filters > Charged Off Date.
Click Run.
Payment Register With Reversals
This report shows all the payments received in the current quarter.
Following are the steps to generate payment register with reversals Report:
Click Reports.
Click All Folders > Performance Reports.
Click Payment Register With Reversals.
Click Edit.
Select the required field in the Group Rows section.
Select the required field by clicking Filters > Show Me.
Select the required date by clicking Filters > Transaction Date.
Click Run.
