Changing the default company
You can change the default company assigned to the user at any point of time by selecting from the list of companies assigned to the user.
Prerequisites
The following is the prerequisite to changing the company:
- At least two companies are assigned to the user.
Steps
Perform the following steps to change the default company for a user:
Log in to your Salesforce account.
Click Servicing Configuration.
Go to User Assignment Setup....
Click Change Company.
The Change Branch for this User page is displayed.
Select the Branch you want to assign as the default from the drop down list.
Click Switch to this Branch to change the branch for the user. A confirmation message is displayed on a successful switch over.
