Fee as % of IO purchase price

Lenders can now calculate the fee as a percentage of the investment order purchase price. This allows them to correctly calculate the fee amount at the time of selling an investment order, as per the purchase price of the order rather than the investment amount of the investor. 

If you are upgrading to CL Loan 2.3007 or higher, you must add the option "Amount calculated as % of IO purchase price" to the Fee Calculation Method field of the Fee object.
