Maintaining the Investment Order

You can also make changes to the investment order that was created previously. This is maintaining the investment order. You can maintain your investment orders only after you activate Fractionalization for the required loan.

Prerequisites

The following are the prerequisites to make changes to the investment order:

• The loan is disbursed.
• Investment order is active.

Steps

Perform the following steps to make changes to the investment order:

1. Login to your Salesforce account.

2. Click CL Contracts.

3. Select the required loan account ID. and in the Details page, click Investors.

   The investor Summary page with the list of investment orders is displayed.

4. Do one of the following:

   1. Select the investment order and click Investment Order Maintenance. 

   2. Click Investment Order Maintenance directly.

      A list of all active investment orders is displayed. Select the required investment order.

5. Click Deactivate. if you want to deactivate the investment order.

   The related investment order is moved to the Inactive Investment Orders list. 

   Note:

   In cases where a lender manually deactivates an investment order, the investor loan transaction (ILT) that is created does not have any loan payment transaction (LPT) and hence, the payment mode associated with it. In such cases, for successful processing of the ILT, the payment mode must be available on the loan contract. 

6. Modify the Certificate Rate or Service Rate, as required. 

7. Click Save.
