Sync Account Documents
This button is enabled when there is a mismatch between files uploaded on the Accounts page and the Application Documents page. On selecting this button, all the files from the Accounts page are displayed onto the Application Documents page.
If a document shared between an account and an application is deleted from the Application Documents page, the document is deleted for the application only. However, if the Sync Account Documents button is selected, the deleted document from the Account page is copied onto the Application Documents page.
To sync the documents between account and application:
Log in to your Salesforce account.
Go to (App Launcher) > Applications.
On the Applications tab, and from the list of applications, select the required application.
The loan dashboard is displayed.
Select the Documents tab.
Select .
In the confirmation window, select Yes.
