Employment and Income
This section is displayed for parties whose Legal Entity Type == Sole Proprietorship or Individual.
The Employment and Income section displays an individual's current employment details, previous employment details, and other income details (if any). These details are provided while creating an application through SMB or Consumer portal or Q2 Origination or adding a party in Q2 Origination. The back-office user can edit or delete the details or add new information as well.
Steps
To perform any of the actions (edit/delete/add) on the employment or income details:
Log in to your Salesforce account.
Go to (App Launcher) > Applications.
On the Applications tab, and from the list of applications, select the required application.
The loan dashboard is displayed.
Go to Parties > Employment and Income.
Current Employment Information
Field Name Information and Action Action Add New Employment Information In the Current Employment Information section, select (Add New Employment Information) to add new employment details, and then select Save.
Note:A party can have multiple current employment information. For example, if a party is doing a full-time job and after that, they are doing a part-time job such as Uber driver, Freelancer.
Edit Row In the Current Employment Information section, select
(Edit Row) to edit the employment details, and then select Save.
Note:You can edit all the fields displayed in the Current Employment Information section.
Delete Row In the Current Employment Information section, select
(Delete Row) to delete the employment details, and then select Save.
Employer Name This field represents the employer name where the party is currently working. Start Date This field represents the date the party started working with the current employer. Monthly Income This field represents the monthly salary the party gets from their current employer. Current Employment Detail (In the Current Employment Information section, select (Current Employment Detail) to edit the employment details.)
Employer Street These fields represent the party's current employer address. Employer State Employer City Employer Country Employer Zipcode Self Employed This checkbox represents If the party is doing its own business. Position This field represents the party's designation in the organization where the party is currently working. Type of business This field represents the type of business that the party is doing.
Note:This field is required if the Self Employed checkbox is selected.
Occupation This field represents the party's occupation.

Previous Employment Information
Field Name Description Action
Add New Employment Information
In the Previous Employment Information section, select (Add New Employment Information) to add new employment details, and then select Save.
Note:A party can have multiple previous employment information.
Edit Row
In the Previous Employment Information section, select (Edit Row) to edit the employment details, and then select Save.
Note:You can edit all the fields displayed in the Previous Employment Information section.
Delete Row
In the Previous Employment Information section, select (Delete Row) to delete the employment details, and then select Save.
Employer Name
This field represents the employer name where the party was working previously. Start Date
This field represents the date the party started working with the previous employer. End Date
This field represents the date the party left the job with the previous employer. Previous Employment Detail (In the Previous Employment Information section, select (Previous Employment Detail) to edit the employment details.)
Employer Street
These fields represent the party's current employer address. Employer State
Employer City
Employer Country
Employer Zipcode
Title
This field represents the party's designation in the organization where the party was previously working. Employer Contact Number
This field represents the contact number of the previous employer. Monthly Income
This field represents the monthly salary that the party was getting from their previous employer. Other Income

Add New Income
In the Other Income section, select (Add New Income) to add new income details, and then select Save.
Note:A party can have multiple other income information.
Edit Row
In the Other Income section, select (Edit Row) to edit the income details, and then select Save.
Note:You can edit all the fields displayed in the Other Income section.
Delete Row
In the Other Income section, select (Delete Row) to delete the other income details, and then select Save.
Income Type
This field represents the various types of income that the party can have.
The supported options are:
- Social Security Income
- Rental Income
- Pension and/or annuities
- Disability Income
- Retirement Income
- Bonus
- Dividends
- Child Support
- Others
Income Name
This field represents the income name, such as Income received from subletting a house property on rent to a tenant. Frequency
This field represents the frequency in which the party is earning this income.
The supported options are:
- Monthly
- Annual
Taxable This field represents whether the income is taxable.
Note:This field is required as the income value is used in DTI calculation.
Amount This field represents the income amount the party gets from various income types.
