5. Fixed issues
The following section briefly describes the issues fixed in this release.
5.1 Tooltip and formatting cannot co-exist for text fields (CP-2571)
Issue Description
For a text field, when the Portal administrators added the format property along with the tooltip property, the tooltip was not visible to the users.
Resolution
The issue is fixed, and now the Portal administrators can add the format and tooltip properties together.
5.2 Range field does not allow to type a number that has its first digit less than the minimum value (CP-2570)
Issue Description
For a range field, when Portal users entered a value outside the configured range, the Portal was not allowing them to enter the value. For example, an Amount field is configured with the range of $1,000 to $100,000. The Portal users couldn't specify any value lesser than $1000.
Resolution
The issue is fixed and when a Portal user specifies a value outside the configured range, the Portal automatically selects a value within the range. For example, an Amount field is configured with the range of $1,000 to $100,000. If the Portal user specifies the Amount as $980, the Portal automatically selects the value as $1,000, as $1,000 is the minimum allowed value.
6. Known issues
The following section briefly describes the known issues in this release.
6.1 Apex CPU time limit exceeded - using both a Queueable class and a Future method class (CP-2581)
Issue Description
During the initial installation and configuration, when some of the Portal users are trying to extract the Portal document, the Apex CPU time in Salesforce org is getting exceeded beyond the limit.
Workaround
Portal administrators can use the Config Utility tool to extract the Portal document.
6.2 AWS version upgrade is not possible in Salesforce Lightning Experience (CP-2605)
Issue Description
The latest Portal resources such as, the Cascading Stylesheets (CSS) and Java scripts required for the smooth functioning of Portal are hosted on the Amazon Web Services (AWS). The Portal administrators are unable to update the version of these resources when using the Salesforce Lightning Experience.
Workaround
Portal administrators can switch to Salesforce Classic mode and update the version for the Portal resources hosted on AWS.
6.3 Doc upload is not present in Salesforce Lightning Experience (CP-2606)
Issue Description
The Portal administrators are unable to upload a Portal document when using the Salesforce Lightning Experience.
