Defining default scorecard for a CL product
You can associate multiple scorecards to a product, and specify one of these as the default scorecard. When you initiate scorecard evaluation, Q2 Origination selects the scorecard to be used based on the evaluation criteria specified in the scorecard.
Perform the following steps to associate a default scorecard to a product:
Log in to your Salesforce account.
Go to Origination Configuration > Deal Room and Dashboard Setup > Deal Room Setup.
Select CL Product.
Select the product for which you want to attach a default scorecard.
In the product detail page, select New Product Scorecard Association. If you do not see this section, you can customize the CL Product page layout to include this as a Related List.
Specify the CL Product. The CL Product that you are editing is displayed by default. However, you can select a different product and define the scorecard association for it.
Search for and select the Scorecard you want to attach.
Select Save. For any application you create for this CL product, this scorecard is displayed as the default scorecard.
