Assign fee set to a lease product

You can assign a fee set to a product that is created.

Prerequisites

The following are the prerequisites to assign a fee set to a new product:

• The Fee Set setup is created.

  To know about how to set up a fee set, see Fee set assignment .

• Required fields are added to the new fee set page.

Steps

Perform the following steps to associate a fee set with a new product:

1. Log in to your Salesforce account.

2. On the Origination Configuration tab, select CL Product. 

   

3. Select New.

   

4. In the New CL Product window, select the Lease record type, and then select Next.

   

5. In the New CL Product: Lease window, perform the following actions:

   Field Name	Action and Information
   Product Name	Specify a name for the product.
   Asset Class	Search for the respective asset class. For example, If you want to add a product to ACH, then you can search for an ACH service.
   Fee Set	Select the fee set you want to assign to the product along with other required fields.
   Class	Select the class from the list.
   Use as Package Product	Select the check box; this allows the product to be used while creating the complex deal package application.
   Product Abbreviation	Specify the abbreviation of the product name.

6. Select Save.
