5. Fixed issues
This section briefly describes the issues fixed in this release.
5.1 Error message is not displayed properly when the Compliance Systems Integration (CSI) server is down (Jira ID: INTCL-2296)
Issue Description
Compliance System Integration (CSI) provides a framework to assemble the documents as a solution for regulatory compliance, based on information about specific transactions. For instances, when the CSI server is down, integration system is not displaying any error message to the users informing them about the same. Instead the integration system is displaying the following message on the UI, "Launching CSI Runtime". This was giving a false notification to the users.
Resolution
Now, the integration system displays the Service Temporary Unavailable error message on the UI when the CSI server is down.
5.2 Error messages are repeated in the Processing Error Message field in Integration Request (Jira ID: INTCL-2256)
Issue Description
If there are some mandatory or required fields missing in the request processing through the integrations, duplicate entries of processing error messages are created in the Processing Error Message field.
Resolution
Now the error message is logged only once.
5.3 Coresmen relationship lookup request - Index out of bound (Jira ID: INTCL-2320)
Issue Description
When users search for a customer using the Coresmen integration (Q2 Coresmen Adapter), the system is unable to process the search request and responds with an index out of bound issue. Since, the relationship search is not completed, the system tries to create the relationship again if the relationship exists in the Core system.
Resolution
The users can now search for the existing relationships from the Core system using the Coresmen integration.
