Q2 Integrations User Guide
5.1 Integration Family: KBB Auto Vehicle Valuation (JIRA ID: INTCL-1653)
Feature Description
Financial institutions that use automobiles as collateral or originate loans to purchase vehicles need a way to determine the value of those vehicles as part of the underwriting process. To meet such a requirement, the Q2 Integrations Framework has been enhanced by developing a new integration family to integrate with KBB to retrieve vehicle valuation data so that the FIs can determine the correct value to loan or collateralize against.
KBB (Kelley Blue Book) is a vehicle valuation service that fulfills a need for car pricing information by the banking and insurance industries. It provides the following two solutions for vehicle valuation:
VIN (Vehicle Identification Number) flow
Make/Model flow
In the Winter’22 release, KBB integration is implemented with both the preceding methods to support our financial institutions to determine the valuation of vehicles.
5.2 Socure Predictive Document Verification (JIRA ID: INTCL-1797)
Feature Description
The Socure Predictive Document Verification enables to verify the authentication of government-issued identification cards, including Driver's Licenses, Passports, Visas, and other official documents.
In the Winter’22 release, existing Socure integration has been enhanced to verify if an identity document is real. This will help our financial institutions to validate the identity of a user. The DocV (Document Verification) service requires two API calls: The first call uploads an image of an ID to the Document Upload endpoint, and the second call is made to the ID+ endpoint.
5.3 Refactoring of TransUnion Adapter (JIRA ID: INTCL-1833)
Feature Description
The Transunion adapter is refactored to include the following:
Request Mapping is modified to use the Integration Framework request generator.
The Contact reference lookup field is added to the Income and Employment object.
Additional error scenarios are handled.
5.4 Meridianlink SmartAPI Mapping Enhancement (Jira ID: INTCL-1862)
Feature Description
The Meridianlink SmartAPI integration is now enhanced to include additional field mappings to support LOS policy condition rendering.
The following table lists the new fields created inside the Tradelines data model to map with the corresponding fields from the response mapping of the SmartAPI integration.

5.6 Request Mapping Enhancement: Ability to retrieve all fields from the sObject (Jira ID: INTCL-1861)
Feature Description
The Q2 Integration Framework has been enhanced to allow the retrieval of all fields at once from the sObject in the request mapping by enabling a flag in the request mapping instead of manually specifying each field in the filter of the request mapping.
5.7 SMB-LOS CS Enhancements (Jira ID: INTCL-1885)
Feature Description
Enhancements in the CS Integrations have been made as follows.
With the Winter'22 release, SMB LOS will be a requirement for CS Integrations to be able to use the following new features:
Created mapping for Party Relationship objects for signers and beneficial owners to create entity relationships in the run time.

The Closing Documents document category would be created on the Application (if not already present when CS documents are received).
The Collateral State is now processed through the request mapping to format it before sending it to the CS translator.
Added support for Control Person and Principal party types.
Added extra mappings required for Resolving Party party-type resolutions.
5.8 documentLibraryVersion Upgrade for CSI (Jira ID: INTCL-1635)
