December 2023 Release Notes
1. Preface
This is a living document, and its contents may be updated often. Make sure that you have the latest version for use.
The contents of this document are applicable to all the customers who have installed the Q2 IntegrationsDecember 2023 version (4.4000) for the first time or have upgraded from an earlier version. You can access the release notes of the previous releases from the Q2 Customer Portal.
These release notes may be updated after the first release. Any changes to the contents of these release notes are listed in the Change record section.
1.1 Purpose of this document
This document provides information on the following for the December 2023 release:
1.2 Intended audience
The audience of this document includes business users, implementers, and system administrators.
1.3 Prerequisites for use
This document assumes a basic knowledge of the product concepts, the product release, and the Salesforce platform.
2. Installation information
Contact your Q2 Professional Services team or the Customer Success team for information on the package dependency and installation order of the packages required to install and set up the latest version of Q2 Integrations.
3. Upgrade considerations
For information on the upgrade steps, see release-related steps in the Q2 Product Upgrade Guide.
4. System performance

5. New features and enhancements
This section briefly describes the new features and enhancements added in this release.

Q2 Integrations User Guide
5.1 documentLibraryVersion Upgrade for CSI (Jira ID: INTCL-2208)
Feature description
With the December 2023 release, to cover all the latest CS (Compliance System) updates, the Q2 Integrations Framework has upgraded the documentLibraryVersion present in the CSI (Compliance System Integration) from 2023.21 to 2023.278.
The document library is a library maintained by Compliance Systems (CS). It consists of all the fields that are mapped from Q2 Integrations' Salesforce object. It is a dataset. This documentLibraryVersion upgrade is for the Integrations family called the Closing Documents, provided by CSI.
5.2 Skuid version update to Edinburgh v16.2.6 (Jira ID: INTCL-2266)
Feature description
With the December 2023 release, the Skuid version has been updated to Edinburgh v16.2.6.
6. Fixed issues
For the details of the issues fixed in a release of Q2 Integrations, see the Post GA section of that particular release's Release Notes.
6.1 Socure Error Handling Issue (Jira ID: INTCL-2259)
Issue description
The system stores and displays the standard error message for the respective error codes. These error messages do not provide the detailed cause of error. They only provide a high level understanding of the error.
Resolution
Socure has detailed and comprehensive error messages that describe the exact cause of error. These error messages are returned in the API responses and are a better alternative to the standard error messages.
As a solution to this issue, now the detailed error messages are being displayed.
7. Known issues

These issues are planned to be fixed in the upcoming patch releases following the December 2023 General Availability release, and they will be listed in the Post 4.4000 release section of these release notes once the patch is available.
