Create automated payment setup for One Time ACH or Recurring ACH on a loan account

Description

This web service allows the client of this API to create Auto Payment Setup records in the system. It validates the input request, commits the changes in the database and returns the created record. This API also supports previously written ACH Setup APIs for One Time and Recurring ACH.

In case of one time ACH setups, the parameter 'manualSpreadName' allows you to define the manual spread to be applied to the payment.

loanId*

String

  • This is used to identify the loan account. This should be specified in URL. For example /v1/loanAccounts/setupACH/<loanId|loanName>.

  • The field used to identify the loan account is the Loan_Id_Field__c field in API Configuration custom setting. If a field is not mentioned the Salesforce ID is used.

bankAccountId

String

  • The bank account ID (optional).

  • If null, then borrower's bank account is used.

transactionAmount

Decimal

  • The ACH Payment Amount.

feeAmount

Decimal

  • The ACH fee Amount, if any.

paymentModeName

String

  • In case of Multiple Payment Method Support, Payment Mode Name should be specified by the client of API. (Conditional)

frequency

String

  • Frequency of Payment is required if the type of ACH is RECURRING ACH. (Conditional)

amountType

String

  • Amount Type can be FIXED AMOUNT, LAST BILLED AMOUNT or CURRENT PAYMENT AMOUNT. It is required in case of Multiple Payment Method Support only. (Conditional)

  • In case of Lock Based ACH this must be One Time or Recurring.

  • In case of Multiple Payment Method Support, if it is passed as null then RECURRING ACH will be created automatically. Otherwise, Type should be specified explicitly. (Conditional)

debitDate   

Date

  • The date of the one time ACH debit. This must be later than the last accrual date on the loan contract. 

recurringACHStartDate

Date

  • The start date of the ACH payments.

recurringACHEndDate

Date

  • The Date the ACH ends (optional).

  • If null, then the loan's maturity is the end date.

setupDate

Date

  • The Date on which ACH was setup.
manualSpreadName String
  • The name of the payment spread to be used for one time ACH.
