View Conditions for Payment Spreads

You can view the conditions you have defined for applying different payment spreads to payments received from borrowers, using the Servicing Configuration tab.

Prerequisites

None.

Steps

Perform the following steps to view the available payment spreads:

  1. Log in to your Salesforce account.

  2. Click Service Configuration.

  3. Go to Misc., Payment Spread.., and View/New Condition on Spread.

  4. View the payment spreads and the order of the payment under different heads in the Condition on Payment Spread page. You can also create conditions from this page using the Define New Condition on Payment Spread link.
