Viewing and managing users
You can view the list of users available in your organization, partner portal, and Salesforce customer portal. You can also create single or multiple users, edit users, reset user passwords, view user details such as name, alias, or username, and view or edit user profiles.
Prerequisites
The following is the prerequisite to viewing and managing users:
- A Salesforce account is created.
Steps
Perform the following steps to view and manage users:
Log in to your Salesforce account.
Click your Username.
Click Setup.
Go to Administer, Manage Users.
The Manage User page is displayed, listing the functions you can perform relating to users.
Select Users in the left sidebar.
The All Users page is displayed, listing all the users, and their details and status. The page also displays options for resetting user passwords and creating multiple users.
