Configuring service fee strategy for calculating fee on investment order

Service Fees are charged on the principal and interest (P+I) component of loan repayments which is only charged when borrower makes a repayment. Lender collects origination fees from borrowers and service fees from investors. It provides additional control over determining the service fee at an individual investor level on each loan, and the ability to flexibly define pricing model for investors.

There are three fields added to the Fractionalization Parameters custom setting page. For more information on the calculating service fee on investment order, refer to the section Calculating service fee on each investment order.

If this field is not visible on the interface by default, you can add this manually on your page layout. For more information on adding these fields to the page layout, refer to the section Modify the Page Layout.
