Modify the Drop Down List
Perform the following steps to add a value to the drop down list:
Log in to the CL Loan application.
Click Setup, Create, Objects.
Click on the object which includes the drop down list (picklist) to open the object page. For example, to modify the list of values for Time Counting Method, click CL Contract.
Click Custom Fields & Relationships.
Click the required field. For example, Time Counting Method.
Add or modify the list values, as required. You can also change the default list value, define any validation rules for the values, or specify the record types or pages to which this value must apply.
Click Save.
The drop down list is updated to include the changes.
