Create a Section or a Related List on a Page
Perform the following steps to modify a page layout to add a section (also called region or related list) and its fields:
Log in to the CL Loan application.
Go to Setup, Create, Objects.
Click on the Object name to be modified, in any of the columns. For example, CL Contract.
Click Page Layouts in the page that appears.
In the Page Layout list, click on the layout to be changed. For example, Loan Account Layout.
Click Edit.
Create a section:
In the quick edit region, select Fields in the list on the left.
From the right panel, select Section and drag and drop it to the required location in the page.
Provide a name for the section and define the column layout.
Click OK.
From the list of fields, drag and drop the required fields.
Click Save to save the layout.
