LOC Contract Termination
Contract Termination is the act of ending the contract prior to it being fully executed by the borrower and the lender. A contract can be terminated when the return on investment is impossible.
If an LOC contract's draw period is over, and the outstanding balance is zero, the LocClosureJob, which is chained in SOD jobs to run after the LoanClosureJob, changes the status of the contract to Closed-Obligations met.
