Yield Definition
Now, in addition to generating lease pricing based on the standard yields, you can also generate the pricing based on the additional or non-standard yields.
You can create a yield definition, which stores the information that is used for calculating standard yield, payment amount, or finance amount.
Prerequisites
None.
Steps
To configure yield definition, perform the following steps:
Log in to your Salesforce account.
Select (App Launcher).
Search for Q2 Origination, and then select it.
On the Origination Configuration tab, select Yield Definition.
Select New.
In the New Yield Definition window, specify the field values as described in the following table, and then select Save:

Action and Information
Yield Definition Name Specify a name for the new additional yield to be defined.
Currency Select the required currency format.
For example, USD - U.S. Dollar.
Active Select this checkbox to make the yield definition available for use.
Include Down Payment Select this checkbox to include the down payment for the yield calculation. Include Residual Select this checkbox to include the residual amount for the yield calculation.
Product Yield Definition Association
To associate yield definition to a product, perform the following steps:
Open the required created yield definition.
Go to the Related tab, and then in the Product Yield Definition Association section, select New.
In the New Product Yield Definition Association window, search and select the required product in the Product field.
Select Save.
Associate Fee with Yield Definition
The fees configured with the Event = Lease Origination are only associated with yield definition.
To associate a fee with yield definition, perform the following steps:
Open the required created yield definition.
Go to the Related tab, and then in the Yield Fee Definition Association section, select New.
In the New Yield Fee Definition Association window, search and select the required fee definition in the Fee Definition field.
Select Save.
